Jason Roberts- International Celebrity Chef, Author, and Television Personality. Former Head Chef at the renowned Bistro Moncur and host of television Cooking program Fresh. Following his time at Channel 9, Jason headed to the US and filmed a series of lifestyle programs, including his very own US cooking television show Jason Roberts Taste, which he picked up two American Accolade Awards for Best Host and Best Health and Lifestyle program. |

Jason’s passion for fast, healthy eating and fresh produce led him to creating his first cookbook, Graze: Lots of Little Meals Fast; then Elements, his second cookbook. Jason now spends his time between Sydney and Los Angeles.
