Tucked away at the back of the Bellevue, our light and airy Dining Room has a relaxed and welcoming environment, making it a favourite among locals and the odd celebrity alike. The Dining Room offers a low-key yet elegant approach with Head Chef, Nathan Lakeman, designing and overseeing the menu to showcase only the highest quality seasonal ingredients.

The kitchen offers the Bellevue classics of Corned Wagyu Silverside, Lamb Cutlets and of course, the infamous, Bellevuehouse-made sausages and mash. Complimenting these perennial favourites are seasonally changing dishes such as the delicious Goats Cheese and Caramelised Onion Soufflé,Calamari with Aioli and fresh Sydney Rock Oysters. Feel like something sweet? What could be better than a traditional Australian Pavlova with Fresh Cream!
