Tucked away at the back of the pub, our light and airy dining room has a relaxed and welcoming feel and is a favourite among locals and the odd celebrity guest. It offers a low-key yet elegant approach to dining in small or large groups.

Damien Pignolet designs and oversees the Dining Room's menu using only the highest quality ingredients. Building on their reputation from The Woollahra Hotel's Bistro Moncur, Damien and Head Chef Garth Bearman bring you a modern take on old favourites such as Corned Wagyu Silverside with White Sauce, Crumbed Lamb Cutlets with Mashed Potato and Minted Peas and Grilled Sausages with Onion Gravy. To finish off you'll want to try Pat's Pavlova with Glazed Fresh Fig and Armagnac Tart.
The wine list has been carefully selected by Lynette Haszard to complement the menu with many wines also available by the glass.
