Tucked away at the back of the pub, our light and airy dining room has a relaxed and welcoming feel and is a favourite among locals and the odd celebrity guest. It offers a low-key yet elegant approach to dining for your enjoyment.

Damien Pignolet designs and oversees the Dining Room's menu using only the highest quality ingredients. Building on their reputation from The Woollahra Hotel's Bistro Moncur, Damien and Head Chef Hamish Ingham offer our loyal regulars the Bellevue classics of Corned Wagyu Beef, house made Sausages and great Lamb Cutlets. Hamish has introduced some new seasonal dishes on the lighter side for your enjoyment. Try the Saffron Rice, Bone Marrow and Salsa Verde or Seared Chicken Livers, Sweet Onions, Muscatels with Bacon and Toast. The Chocolate and Ginger Cake with Coconut Sorbet is sensational!
The wine list has been carefully selected by Lynette Haszard to complement the menu with many wines also available by the glass.
