Upstairs at the Bellevue is available to hire for private functions. The Upstairs Bar and Terrace area is the perfect location for a private lunch Monday to Friday, the Private Dining Room and Whisky Room are available for exclusive use, any time of the day.

We have several menu options and beverage packages available, to suit all function types.

Think New York Yacht Club meets Cigar Bar, or simply picture oversized pictures, sumptuous chesterfield sofas, tartan carpet and loads of character. Now couple that with a refined, relaxing ambiance, and sunny outdoor terrace.

Available for exclusive use Monday to Friday for lunch, Upstairs Bar & Terrace is the perfect environment for groups between 70 to120 people, comfortably seating up to 80 guests for a sit down luncheon or up to 120 guests for a cocktail function.

Exclusive use of the Upstairs Bar & Terrace area for a private function starts at $500.

Dark, moody yet chic, cosy, the private dining room is the most intimate of all spaces on offer. Designed specifically for 10 guests, the private dining room is dominated by a large 10 seat table and oversized mirror, making it the perfect room for your intimate dinner party.

To reserve the Private Dining Room for your own intimate evening, there is a $100booking fee for a Sunday to Thursday or $150 for a Friday or Saturday evening. Please note your booking time needs to be prior to 7.30pm and bookings are only held for 20 minutes.

The Whisky Room is a great place to kick back and relax in a chesterfield sofa, while you enjoy a good red wine or an aged old whisky in front of a roaring fire. The Whisky Room comfortably seats 24 people for a sit down meal or up to 30 people for a cocktail function.

Exclusive use of The Whisky Room, for a cocktail function on a Sunday to Thursday is $150 or $200 for a Friday or Saturday evening.Please note your booking time needs to be prior to 7.30pm and bookings are only held for 20 minutes.
