Our light and airy dining room is the perfect spot to share a meal. Damien Pignolet and our new Head Chef, Hamish Ingham's Menu features the Bellevue's traditional dishes such as our great Corned Beef, Lamb Cutlets and Pat's famous Pavlova. Hamish has introduced several lighter seasonal dishes to excite your palate.
